Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are, and that the information you give us is true.

New accounts do not appear to other members automatically. A person reviews each profile first. We may decline a profile, or remove one later, if it breaks the community rules below. Review is a human judgement about whether a profile looks real — it is not an identity check and not a background check.

• — Be who you say you are. No fake profiles, no photos of other people.
• — No harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual content involving minors.
• — Do not ask other members for money, investments or gift cards.
• — Do not use VibeLove to advertise, recruit or sell.
• — Do not scrape, automate or resell anything you find here.

Breaking these can get your account suspended or removed, and we can do that without notice when someone is at risk.

The app is usable without paying. Membership, Super Likes and Boost are optional.

All prices are charged in Brazilian reais (BRL) through Mercado Pago, which processes the payment — we never see or store your card number. If your card was issued outside Brazil, your bank does the currency conversion and may add its own foreign transaction fee, so the amount on your statement can differ from the figure shown at checkout.

Membership renews for the period you bought. You can stop it at any time from your account; stopping prevents the next charge and does not refund the period already running, except where the law says otherwise.

VibeLove introduces people. It does not vouch for them. We do not verify identity, criminal history or intentions, and we are not part of, or responsible for, what happens when you meet someone. Please read Safety before you do.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. That removes your profile, photos, likes, matches and messages. It cannot be undone.
